EFT was orchestrated by Gary Craig in the 1990s.
EFT is a form of therapy that uses energy psychology that is based on a 5000-year-old Eastern discovery call acupuncture.
Emotional freedom technique is often referred to as “Psychological acupuncture”,
It’s a technique that works by releasing blocked energy within the body’s system which can be a source of intense emotional discomfort.
EFT has provided thousands of people with relief from All manner of problems and conditions often in a staggering quick time.

Treatment involves the use of the fingertips rather than needles to tap on the bodies energy end-points beneath surface of the skin called meridian points.
Basically, you focus on a specific problem while tapping with your fingers on the meridians points while repeating your problem.
